Ulta Beauty seeks a Brow Expert (AE) to maximize Benefit brand sales by delivering personalized brow and facial services, retail recommendations, and engaging guests on site. This role requires active Esthetics or Cosmetology licensure where required, strong guest service, and a passion for beauty trends.

You will book appointments, conduct makeup demonstrations, and partner with Benefit team to drive in-store events and education, while upholding brand standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetics license may be required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing preferred.
• Strong sales, product knowledge, and guest service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services: waxing, tinting, threading, lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage loyalty program partnerships.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and comply with safety and policy standards.
