Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. seeks a Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests for tailored services and product recommendations at the Brow Bar. You will support the Experience Manager with service quality, guest relations, and store events.

An active license in Esthetics or Cosmetology is required where law dictates, with strong guest service skills and readiness to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical work.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required where state law dictates.
• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Perform brow bar services (eyebrow waxing, tinting, etc.).
• Book guests for initial and return services and events.
• Meet sales per labor hour and sales-to-service ratio targets.
• Stay informed on trends, products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance.
