Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book guests for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain Brow Bar area cleanliness and stock, and ensure testers are available.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and state guidelines.
