Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Bar Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing eyebrow and facial services, and guiding product recommendations. This role requires licensure per state law, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a dynamic beauty retail environment.

You will be responsible for booking appointments, maintaining Brow Bar standards, participating in brand trainings, and collaborating with store teams to drive sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in make-up application and brow/face waxing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales/service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book and manage appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
• Provide excellent guest service and build lasting client relationships.
