Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert for the Benefit Brow Bar to maximize sales and deliver outstanding guest service. You will perform makeup applications, brow services, and product demonstrations while guiding guests through service selections and promotions.

Qualifying candidates will have an active Esthetics/Cosmetology license where required by state law, strong sales skills, and a passion for beauty. This is a full-time role with a focus on guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Conduct brow bar services: waxing, tweezing, tinting, lash applications.
• Book guest appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain clean Brow Bar and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
