Qualifications

• Radiologic Technologist, NYS & ARRT Certification.
• Minimal formal education of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory completion of AMA approved radiologic technology training.

Responsibilities

• Position and transfer patients to examination table.
• Select proper technical factors for each exam.
• Operate x-ray equipment and process images for PACS.
• Provide immobilization devices as required.
• Assist physicians with contrast media when needed.
• Follow sterile technique and infection control policies.
