The ideal candidate is proactive, compassionate, and collaborative, with strong writing and organizational skills, CPI certification preferred, and experience in crisis intervention with school-age students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and CPI certification preferred.
• Experience with crisis intervention with school-age students required.
• Strong writing, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Observe, manage, evaluate and document student behavioral issues and crises.
• Assess and maintain a safe and dignified intervention environment.
• Collaborate with staff to develop proactive strategies for behavior management.
• Ensure care, welfare, safety and security during interventions.
