Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and promote recreational activities.
• Meet regularly with clients to understand interests and develop activities.
• Manage the daily recreational schedule and coordinate activities.
• Welcome new clients, introduce them to the recreational program, and encourage participation.
• Escort clients to activities, events, and appointments.
• Encourage participation in meetings and groups; support progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with agency staff and community partners to plan balanced programs.
• Document client participation in records and attend required team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
