Qualifications

Job Details

• The After-Hours Hospice RN Supervisor provides leadership, support, and guidance to Hospice Triage RN staff for clinical/non clinical issues and situations.
• The Supervisor elevates complex issues to Team Manager, AOC or Hospice MD on call.
• The RN Supervisor also provides quality professional telephonic intervention to patients based on the Plan of Care.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EHR system KanTime while maintaining HIPAA compliance

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 5 PM to 1 AM (Alternating weekends included)

Qualifications:

• RN with active New York state RN license in good standing
• BSN Degree preferred
• RN Must have at least 1 year Nursing leadership / Supervisory experience
• RN – MUST live in Bronx NY to be considered for this role
• RN with at least 1 year experience working within the scope of an RN in either med surg, ICU, Oncology, palliative care or hospice preferred
