Lantern Community Services seeks a Housing Stability Manager to oversee operations across multiple Bronx sites. You will coordinate programs, property management, and leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning and optimal occupancy.

The role requires travel between sites to support staff and maintain program effectiveness. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supervisory roles, experience in shelter or supportive housing, and familiarity with HPD/HASA/ACS funding and HUD CoC guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Shelter or supportive housing experience preferred.
• 2–3+ years of direct service with specified populations is required.
• Familiarity with funder programs (HPD, HASA, ACS) and HUD CoC guidelines is expected.
• LIHTC and Section 8 knowledge is preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations across multiple Bronx Lantern sites, coordinating between programs, property management and leadership.
• Manage vacancies, intakes, and subsidy documentation for eligible applicants.
• Ensure occupancy targets (>=95%) and coordinate with funders and staff for renewals and subsidies.
• Supervise Housing Stability team and ensure compliance with timelines and audits.
