Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or an Associate’s degree with 5+ years related experience.
• Experience in a shelter or supportive housing.
• 2–3+ years of direct service to populations such as persons living with AIDS/HIV, formerly and chronically homeless persons and families, youth aging out of foster care, mental illness, substance use disorder, or related medical conditions.
• Familiarity with funder programs (HPD, HASA, ACS) and HUD CoC guidelines.
• Knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and Section 8 program guidelines.
• Two or more years Supervisory experience.
