Lantern Community Services seeks a Housing Stability Manager to oversee operations across Bronx sites, coordinating programs, property management, and leadership. Travel between sites is required to support staff and maintain program effectiveness.

The role requires strong organizational skills, supervisory experience, and familiarity with funder programs (HPD, HASA, ACS) and HUD guidelines to ensure occupancy targets and program compliance across Lantern properties.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Associate’s with 5+ years related experience.
• Experience in shelter or supportive housing.
• 2–3+ years direct service to target populations (HIV/AIDS, homelessness, youth aging out, mental illness, substance use).
• Familiarity with HPD, HASA, ACS and CoC HUD guidelines.
• Knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and Section 8 guidelines.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations across Lantern housing sites in the Bronx.
• Coordinate between programs, property management, and leadership.
• Travel between sites to support staff and maintain program effectiveness.
• Fill vacancies and manage intakes for eligible applicants across the Lantern portfolio.
• Assist with leasing new residential buildings.
• Host Open Houses for new applicants and arrange unit viewings.
• Review subsidy applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure occupancy levels of all current projects are at least 95%.
• Provide training, direct supervision, and support to the Housing Stability team.
