Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Foster Care experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent verbal, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 children.
• Provide intensive casework services and coordinate essential supports.
• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and social workers.
• Conduct outreach to connect families with community resources.
• Coordinate Family Team Conferences and maintain case records.
• Participate in case consultations.
