Job summary

Allstate Foundation in Lincoln, NE seeks a Broker Dealer Sales Support Consultant I to deliver prompt, friendly service and ensure regulatory compliance. The role trains personnel, oversees New Accounts workflow, and supports team members across Broker Dealer Operations.

The position requires knowledge of FINRA/SEC rules and licenses or willingness to obtain Series 6, 26, 51 and 63. It will be hybrid in Lincoln, with onsite presence at least two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of Broker Dealer Operations experience preferred.
• Licenses (Series 6, 26, 51 and 63) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex broker-dealer questions and ensure SEC/FINRA compliance.
• Coordinate and lead projects, rollouts, and process changes.
• Mentor operations teams and deliver training on new products.
• Oversee Docupace and Wealthscape workflow to meet quality targets.
