Redwood Logistics is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Brokerage Platform in Chicago. You will own the platform roadmap, collaborate with Brokerage Operations, Pricing, Engineering, Architecture, and Data Science to translate priorities into scalable technology capabilities, automate workflows, and drive margin improvements.

This high-visibility role focuses on faster quote-to-book cycles, reduced manual touches, and intelligent pricing workflows, with a hybrid work model and strong

Qualificações

• 7+ years of Product Management experience leading enterprise software or digital platforms.
• Track record of delivering business process automation and operational transformation.
• Experience partnering with Operations leaders in logistics or supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Own the brokerage platform capability roadmap and translate priorities into scalable tech capabilities.
• Focus on automating workflows, improving margins, and modernizing brokerage operations.
• Define measurable business outcomes and use data to evaluate success and priorities.
