Job summary

RT Specialty, a division of Ryan Specialty, seeks a Brokerage Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day brokerage operations, ensure accurate client records, and assist brokers with renewal materials. The role collaborates with multiple departments to uphold regulatory compliance and efficient workflow.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with a Bachelor's degree and P&C licensing preferred.

Qualifications

• Supports day-to-day brokerage operations and maintains procedures.
• Prepares documents and renewal materials with brokers for market renewal.
• Updates client information in systems and keeps records accurate.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and coordinating day-to-day brokerage operations.
• Coordinate with brokers to prepare documents, cover letters, etc. for renewal business and provide administrative support.
• Maintain accurate records of client accounts, transactions, and relevant documentation.
• Respond to broker inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person and provide excellent service.
• Assist in compliance reporting and cross-team collaboration on business requirements.
