Qualifications

• Minimum required education: Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent with 2 years' experience in Financial Services or Brokerage industry.
• Licenses: Series 7, Series 63 & 65 or 66 and state life/health/long-term care licenses must be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support - address client service questions and inquiries; research, resolve, and communicate updates; assist with time-sensitive operational projects; ensure unsolicited client trading requests are executed correctly.
• Account Servicing - create, maintain, and update client accounts; input account information such as money movement requests and cashier records; identify outstanding actions and ensure documentation.
• Documentation - filing, completing, and maintaining department forms; assist in processing compliance files and gathering information for daily activities.
• Collaboration - work with associates, management, clients, and business teams to fulfill daily requests and meet deadlines.
