Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Senior role to own and scale Composer business operations, spanning trading, brokerage servicing, and account operations. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to translate needs into scalable operating solutions.

The ideal candidate combines brokerage expertise with problem solving and the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in brokerage, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of brokerage workflows and risk controls.
• Ability to lead complex projects from ideation to implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and support critical Composer operations, including trading and brokerage servicing.
• Serve as SME across Composer's operating model, workflows, and controls.
• Design end-to-end member journeys and scalable servicing solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Operationalize new products and features with process design and readiness.
