Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Senior Manager for the Capital Markets Team to serve as the execution lead and central orchestrator of high-visibility initiatives from inception to completion. The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined progress tracking to align with broader finance and planning priorities.

The ideal candidate will advance funding structures and strategic transaction approaches while ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within Capital Markets, Finance, Investment Banking, or a high-growth Fintech environment.
• Strong execution discipline and strategic judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation to completion.
• Advanced proficiency in G-Suite/Microsoft Office and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Capital Markets initiatives with accountability across workstreams.
• Serve as liaison between Capital Markets and other teams to remove blockers.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; design mitigation and conduct analytics.
• Drive alignment with senior stakeholders; track milestones.
• Provide concise updates for senior leadership on progress and risks.
• Maintain governance including logs and initiative health.
• Partner with Head of Capital Markets to develop funding structures and scalable strategies.
