NFI is seeking a Manager of Brokerage Operations to lead a team of Account Coordinators and drive exceptional service for our customers. You will shape operational strategy, implement best practices, and partner with carrier and product teams to optimize the end-to-end customer experience.

You will oversee onboarding and ongoing account management, collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities, and monitor KPIs to ensure team success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4+ years in account operations or customer service.
• At least 2 years in a management role.
• Experience in logistics or transportation is preferred.

• Manage a team of account coordinators to deliver top-tier service.
• Develop and implement SOPs and initiatives to improve efficiency and growth.
• Collaborate with carrier and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing account management for customers.
