Robinhood is hiring a Brokerage Operations Intern for Summer 2027 in Chicago, IL. You will join an elite team focused on operational excellence, supporting trading, clearing, and customer experience through data-driven improvements.

You’ll learn how data, technology, and risk management intersect in brokerage ops and deliver a capstone project to leadership, with hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking Bachelor’s or Master’s program with expected graduation Winter 2027/Spring 2028
• Analytical mindset with experience performing analytics using SQL or Python
• Interest in how brokerage operations, risk management, and market infrastructure work together in fintech

Responsibilities

• Work across Robinhood Financial and Robinhood Securities to learn brokerage operations
• Analyze operational data with subject-matter experts and recommend process improvements, including automation and dashboards
• Support technical projects such as reconciling datasets, improving data quality, or building BI dashboards with Retool or Superset
• Deliver a capstone project and present findings to senior leaders
