As a Brokerage Operations Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple operational domains—supporting processes that power Robinhood's trading, clearing, and customer experience. You'll learn how data, technology, and risk management intersect in brokerage operations and work on projects that use analytics, process improvement, and light automation to improve performance, accuracy, and customer trust.
This role is based in our Chicago, IL office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
