Job summary

Robinhood seeks an ambitious Brokerage Operations Intern to learn the day-to-day of FINRA-registered broker-dealers. You will analyze data, work with subject-matter experts, and propose improvements including automation.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, deliver BI dashboards, and complete a capstone project presented to senior leaders, with in-person attendance in Chicago 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program with expected graduation Winter 2027/Spring 2028.
• Experience with SQL or Python for analytics.
• Interest in fintech operations, risk management, and market infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work across Robinhood Financial and Robinhood Securities to learn broker-dealer operations.
• Analyze operational data, identify efficiency opportunities, and suggest process improvements including automation and dashboards.
• Support projects such as reconciling datasets, improving data quality, or building BI dashboards using Retool or Superset.
• Deliver a capstone project and present findings to senior leaders.
