Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Futures & Prediction Markets Operations Intern for Summer 2027 in Chicago, IL. You will assist in clearing and settlement, reconciliations, and regulatory reviews while helping set up operational processes and workflows.

You'll collaborate with CX, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Finance and other teams, gaining exposure to leadership and critical internal partners in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Finance, Business or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2027/Spring 2028.
• Curious about the futures market, derivatives, and back office clearing.
• A demonstrated history of operational excellence and problem solving.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work with colleagues across the company to quickly resolve issues and develop long term strategies for growth.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple daily tasks and projects with various deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review operational reports and assist in reviewing and performing operational tasks.
• Assist operations and compliance with audit inquiries.
• Support Futures Risk in performing analytical functions to support certain risk functions.
• Become a subject matter expert with exposure to leadership and different teams across Robinhood.
• Streamline operational and risk workflows.
