Titanium Transportation Group Inc. is seeking a mid-level Logistics Broker to support client relations and carrier procurement, ensuring the successful movement of freight and open lines of communication with carriers and customers based on shipping requirements.

You will work with multiple departments to meet customer needs, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and strive to exceed service expectations in a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

• Mid-level logistics professional with ability to meet deadlines and adhere to client shipping requirements.
• Experience in a 3PL freight brokerage environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good understanding of the transportation industry and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Schedule carriers for shipping requirements per booking instructions using assigned systems.
• Coordinate orders with departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with customers and act as account manager to fulfill service requirements.
• Develop relationships with approved carriers and negotiate ratings for movements.
