Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical (quantitative/qualitative), problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, reconcile, and validate brokerage data for accurate investment performance reporting.
• Document metrics and generate recommendations for internal/external partners.
• Transmit reporting exceptions to vendor for client website updates and validate updates.
• Resolve client/advisor escalations; support ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and process improvements.
