Responsibilities

Become well-versed in in-house and vendor systems for research and problem solving.
Analyze summary and exception information from reconciliation reporting.
Document metrics based on reporting results.
Use findings to generate recommendations for internal and external partners.
Transmit reporting exceptions to vendor for client website updates.
Validate client website updates.
Document processes or reporting enhancements.
Resolve client and advisor escalations or other ad hoc requests.
Maintain effective relationships with key business partners.
Provide support to small to medium projects.
Engage with cross-functional teams to support priorities.
