This organized, service-oriented professional supports day-to-day brokerage activities, marketing efforts, client communications, and transaction-related processes. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, the Brokerage Coordinator is able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and supporting the team's business objectives. Working closely with brokers and internal departments, this individual helps coordinate workflow, maintain accurate information, and contribute to a high level of client service. The Brokerage Coordinator assists with a variety of responsibilities, including marketing materials, client correspondence, property listing administration, transaction tracking, data entry, reporting, and general team support. Exposure to commercial real estate is beneficial, but the primary focus of the role is providing operational, marketing, and administrative support that helps the team operate efficiently and effectively.

The compensation for the position is: $27.63 - $32.50
