Job summary

Champions Funding LLC in Plano, TX is seeking an on-site Loan Officer/Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the non-QM space. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

The role acts as the primary contact for clients and handles guidelines and pricing questions. Responsibilities include learning internal guidelines, guiding complex loan scenarios, and handling inquiries from internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage product experience: processing or sales in non-QM space.
• Strong knowledge of product guidelines.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must manage a high volume of emails and incoming calls.
• Familiarity with MS Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Encompass experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Learn and be SME on internal guidelines, seller guides, and pricing.
• Field complex loan scenarios and provide lending solutions.

• Assist with loan submissions in the LOS; Account Manager in Non-QM space.

• Prior experience with Encompass is highly preferred but not mandatory.
