Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Broker Consultant to manage a book of brokers and their business, coordinating day-to-day customer service and supporting the broker-Emerson Rogers relationship.

You will act as a liaison between the carrier and broker, assist with broker training, and perform rate and renewal analyses. Regular visits to top brokers are encouraged by management to foster strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must hold Life & Health insurance license or obtain within 3 months from date of hire.
• 1+ year of experience in a group health insurance setting preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of brokers and their business as assigned.
• Coordinate day-to-day customer service and support broker-Emerson Rogers relationships.
• Act as liaison between insurance carrier and broker.
• Assist with training brokers and perform rate/renewal analysis.
• Visit top brokers on a regular schedule as directed by management.
