Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Columbus, OH seeks an Emerson Rogers Account Executive to drive new business revenue growth while maintaining existing client relationships among brokers. You will promote health insurance products using discovery, present concise solutions, and develop broker leads and first appointments.

You will plan strategically with brokers, participate in sales meetings, manage CRM tasks, and support renewal and service activities to grow the books of business with carriers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to sell new business and maintain broker relationships.
• Consultative sales approach with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly active.
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and market trends.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive broker relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Lead discovery and present Emerson Rogers' products to brokers.
• Create and execute a sales plan to generate new broker leads and appointments.
• Participate in sales meetings and coachings with the sales manager.
• Collaborate on opportunities to expand book of business with insurers.
• Utilize CRM to track activities and label broker opportunities.
• Support service activities including renewal and cross-sell opportunities.
