USI Insurance Services is seeking an Emerson Rogers Account Executive to drive new business revenue growth while expanding existing accounts in the health benefits market.

The role focuses on building broker relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and developing strategic plans to capture opportunities in healthcare reform and carrier offerings, with a strong emphasis on customer service and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Life, Accident & Health License is required.
• Demonstrated ability to sell new business and maintain broker relationships.
• Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive business relationships with brokers to drive sales growth.
• Demonstrate proficiency in discovery and promotional presentations of Emerson Rogers' offerings.
• Develop and follow through on a sales plan to generate new broker leads and appointments.
• Prepare for and participate in sales meetings with the sales manager.
• Strategize with brokers on opportunities to grow the book of business.
• Comply with CRM tasks to track appointments and label broker opportunities.
• Assist with service activities including renewal and case conservation.
