Job summary

HomeXpress Mortgage Corp seeks an energetic, entry-level Sales role in wholesale mortgage based in Santa Ana, CA. You will receive leads from the broker network and use a standard sales script to educate loan officers on products and value proposition.

Prior mortgage experience isn't required; the role offers an attainable OTE of $75,000+ per year, with a base around $42,000 and 401(k) match. Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn mortgage products and company systems.

Responsibilities

• Call current approved broker list, and new broker prospects.
• Use the approved sales script for the product, program, or campaign being targeted.
• Educate loan officers on company products, programs, technology, and value proposition.
• Document every call, conversation, follow-up, and handoff accurately and promptly in the company CRM.
• Manage follow-up activities and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership to support a seamless customer experience and effective opportunity transfer.
• Participate in product training, sales coaching, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
