Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Maryland is seeking kitchen team members to support the Chef and butcher, cut meat, prepare dishes per Ruth's Chris recipes, and maintain sanitation and safety standards during all shifts.

You will supervise the kitchen line during service, coordinate timing and plate presentation, stock ovens, check par levels, ensure correct cuts, report issues to the Chef, and work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef and butcher in cutting meat according to Ruth's Chris specifications and recipes.
• Supervise kitchen line during service, ensuring food quality, timing and plate presentation.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety, report unsafe conditions or deviations to the Chef/Manager on Duty.
• Stock ovens and ensure hot plates are available and properly heated for service.
• Check par and stock levels of meats, poultry, seafood and supplies, reporting discrepancies.
