Job summary

Ruth's Chris Concord Plaza is seeking Back of House team members to support daily kitchen operations. The role focuses on preparing all food products to Ruth’s Chris standards, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with opening/closing duties as directed by the Manager on Duty.

Responsibilities include assisting with food prep, proper cooking and plating, stocking, and coordinating with the broiler cook for timely service while upholding food safety and sanitation at all times.

Qualifications

• Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds constantly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Stands, moves, and performs well-paced work for up to four hours at a time.
• Bends, kneels, stoops, reaches and squats to receive and store stock and to work the line during service.

Responsibilities

• Assists kitchen personnel with food prep and sidework as directed by the Chef and follows Ruth’s Chris recipes and standards.
• Cooks and seasons foods to Ruth’s Chris quality and timing standards to deliver a superior guest experience.
• Checks par levels and coordinates with the Chef to ensure adequate stock for service.
• Restocks food items, condiments, and equipment as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions immediately to the Chef or Manager on Duty.
