Qualifications

• Ability to work quickly in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Operate the broiler and grill station efficiently.
• Cook steaks, burgers, poultry, and seafood to specified temperatures.
• Season and marinate proteins per recipes.
• Follow allergy and dietary restriction guidelines.
• Adhere to POS orders and expeditor directions.
• Maintain station cleanliness and perform sanitation.
