Sullivan's Steakhouse in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Broiler Chef to join our high-energy kitchen team. You will work with broilers to prepare steaks and other proteins to requested doneness, following established recipes and plating guidelines.

The role requires at least six months of related experience and the ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay based on experience and a non-exempt schedule.

Qualificações

• At least six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.

Responsabilidades

• Broil, grill and/or sauté proteins using a top-broiler to desired doneness.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
• Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations.
