Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a Broiler Chef to join our kitchen team. The role requires the ability to broil, grill, and saute proteins to the correct doneness, while following established recipes and presentation standards. You will coordinate orders to ensure timely delivery to each table and work calmly in a busy dining environment.

Applicants should have at least six months of related experience and be able to stand for extended periods, maintaining focus and quality during peak hours.

Qualifications

• At least six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Broil, grille and/or saute and use a top-broiler to prepare proteins to the desired doneness.
• Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
• Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
