Texas Roadhouse is seeking a confident Broil Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking steaks to customer specifications while maintaining quality and consistency throughout service.

We value teamwork, safety, and efficient setup. The role includes adhering to sanitation standards, following prep sheets, and supporting teammates to deliver Legendary Food and Legendary Service daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of steak temperatures and proper doneness.
• Skilled in meat seasoning, searing and grilling.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to read prep sheets and understand equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook steaks to required temperatures and specifications.
• Maintain quality, portion control and plating standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation and HACCP guidelines at all times.
• Assist with prep work and communicate with team to ensure smooth service.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours.
