Job summary

FOX 4 KDFW in Dallas, TX is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to ensure accurate scheduling and execution of commercial advertising across broadcast and digital platforms. You will work closely with advertising agencies, FOX Sales teams, and internal traffic staff to air spots as planned.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of office, administrative, or coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a positive, professional approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with standard business software, including email and MS Office.
• Teamwork and collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in television scheduling, traffic, or related media operations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Copy Scheduling Support: assemble materials needed to schedule copy for spot buys and paid programs.
• Commercial Scheduling: ensure accurate scheduling of commercial copy across programming.
• Agency & Sales Communication: coordinate scheduling with agencies and FOX Sales teams.
• Inbox Management: monitor shared email box and respond to time-sensitive requests.
• Log Management: manage logs and displaced spots in dayparts.
• Accuracy & Prioritization: maintain high accuracy while handling multiple priorities.
