Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong data-entry and meticulous record-keeping abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret sales contracts.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and performing under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.
• Minimum 1 year of clerical support or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Multitask with new orders and adjustments to logs.
• Interact daily with television professionals across markets.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and master control teams.
• Process incoming orders and translate sales contracts into the system.
• Generate daily logs for 200 stations in 117 markets.
• Schedule commercials and apply traffic instructions.
• Manage inventory, database library, and broadcast workflows.
