You'll train new staff, lead production teams for news and sports coverage, and collaborate with the entire newsroom to deliver accurate, timely content for local communities. The role demands strong technical aptitude and the ability to adapt to breaking news and severe weather events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production environment experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in television production.
• Strong technical aptitude with control room and studio production technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers in creating broadcasts and ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead production teams assigned to cover news or sporting events.
