Responsibilities

• Direct live and recorded newscasts and special programs using automated production control systems.
• Coordinate with producers to execute editorial and creative vision for high-energy newscasts.
• Monitor cameras, graphics, audio, video servers, and switcher functions during production.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with meteorologists, anchors, reporters, and staff for smooth execution.
• Maintain broadcast quality and ensure FCC compliance and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
