Job summary

Qualifications
- Production environment experience: 3+ years.
- Bachelor’s degree in television production or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with control room and studio production technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift/push/pull/maneuver equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work breaking news, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist producers to create visually compelling broadcasts.
- Lead production teams assigned to cover news or sporting events.
- Train new employees and ensure smooth operations in the studio.
- Collaborate with production team to deliver polished final products across platforms.
