Job summary

Evertz Microsystems is seeking a skilled Broadcast Engineer to join our team in the United States. You will support and maintain complex broadcast video systems, collaborating with engineering teams and customers to ensure peak performance and rapid issue resolution.

The role requires expert knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows environments, strong problem solving, and excellent communication. Relocation to California is expected for long-term on-site customer support.

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert advisor on complex broadcast initiatives.
• Monitor systems, verify integrity and availability of resources and logs.
• Manage incidents and SLA adherence until resolution.
• Serve as single point of contact for multiple support cases.
• Provide feedback on requirements, design specs, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with customers and peer departments to deliver projects.
