Evertz Microsystems seeks a skilled Broadcast Engineer in California to join our advanced broadcast technology team. You will provide expert support for software-defined video networking, content processing, orchestration platforms, and monitoring tools.

Relocation to California is expected to enable on-site engagement with customers and peers. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, coordinate with vendors and teams, and document procedures to ensure top performance and rapid

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical diploma/degree or equivalent broadcast experience preferred.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, priority-changing setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert advisor on complex broadcast initiatives.
• Monitor systems and verify the integrity and availability of all broadcast hardware and software.
• Ensure incidents are managed to resolution following SLA guidelines.
• Serve as single point of contact for multiple support cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver project deliverables.
