Evertz Microsystems is seeking a Broadcast Engineer to join the Technical Operations Centre team in California. You will provide expert level support for advanced broadcast technologies, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with customers to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert level advisor on complex broadcast initiatives.
• Perform system monitoring and review logs; ensure incident resolution per SLA.
• Serve as single point of contact for multiple support cases.
• Provide feedback on design specifications and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with departments and customers to deliver project deliverables.
• Establish testing requirements to evaluate designs and validate platforms.
• Document departmental and technical procedures.
