Job summary

Gray Media is seeking a Formatting Specialist for Corporate Traffic Operations to maintain accurate broadcast station schedules across multiple markets and formats. You will collaborate with traffic, sales, news, networks, and syndicators to ensure inventory and alignment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing tight deadlines while using Wide Orbit Traffic software; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic or related traffic software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in TV/radio traffic or sales support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with multiple markets and departments to maintain accurate program schedules and show formats.
• Ensure commercial inventory is accurate based on the allotted local avails for each program format.
• Complete all daily schedules and formats in the Wide Orbit Traffic system.
• Troubleshoot and refine the daily workflow items between networks, syndicators, news, and sales departments.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
