Job summary

Seven Mountains Media in Elmira, Oregon, is seeking a Traffic Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our commercial broadcasting, handling daily traffic logs and order processing end-to-end.

The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, log reconciliation, and collaboration across sales, production, and IT to ensure flawless on-air schedules and timely reporting for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet daily deadlines under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Radio broadcast experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Log management: complete daily traffic logs with accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
• Schedule digital, creative, and on-air orders, assigning copy to spots.
• Verify barter affidavits and submit missing air times on barter sites.
• Run daily and weekly performance/continuity reports for management and sales.
• Provide team and client support across departments and assist visitors.
