Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives with order entry, revisions, and reporting in WideOrbit.
• Coordinate with sales reps on preempts, make-goods, program changes, and account activity.
• Provide weekly advertiser reports with spot times and post reports.
• Collaborate with traffic and billing teams to address invoicing and cash issues.
• Support political advertising with contracts and FCC documentation.
• Assist other departments and take on special projects.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation across platforms.
